The standard deployment turnaround time (TAT) is 2-14 working days, starting from the date of payment. This timeframe is established to account for the challenges our teams encounter during on-ground deployment. The process involves multiple phases, such as placing the distribution segment on your street if it’s not already available, followed by the pulling of the fiber to your premises. We want to assure you that our teams make every effort to deploy the link as quickly as possible. We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout this process. If infrastructure already exists then connection can be deployed within 24-48 hours.

Our services are prepaid in nature. You are billed for the upcoming month on the 1st of each month. However, we are also offering postpaid services to our corporate customers.

A late payment surcharge will be applied for all bills that are not paid till the due date. In addition, your connection may be inactivated on account of continuous non-payment of dues within the stipulated time period. In this case, your services will only be resumed once you clear your dues.

Increasing the speed of your internet plan is just a phone call away. Please contact us during business hours and our support agent will help you out regarding upgrade or downgrade.

All S.I.S.P Broadband connections are subjected to Fair Usage Policy (FUP).
