Terms of Service
These Terms of Service outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations governing the relationship between S.I.S.P. Broadband and our valued subscribers. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms, ensuring a seamless and fair experience for all users.
1.1. S.I.S.P. Broadband means “S.I.S.P. Broadband Private Limited.”
1.2. S.I.S.P. Broadband Office: Includes all designated offices of S.I.S.P. Broadband Private Limited, such as the head office, regional offices, and customer care centers. (Locations/addresses of each office can be found at www.sisp.pk).
1.3 Subscriber: Any individual who uses the services provided by S.I.S.P. Broadband Private Limited.
1.4. Service: Internet access provided by S.I.S.P. Broadband to the subscriber, including any value-added features introduced by S.I.S.P. Broadband from time to time.
1.5 ID/Password: Confidential code(s) provided by S.I.S.P. Broadband to the subscriber for accessing the services.
1.6 Equipment: Refers to ONT, modem, router, and/or other devices provided by S.I.S.P. Broadband for use with the service. For clarity, “Equipment” includes any router provided by S.I.S.P. Broadband, whether rented or required to be returned upon service termination, but excludes any router purchased separately by the subscriber from S.I.S.P. Broadband or a third party.
2.1 Service membership fees, usage charges, and other fees will be as per S.I.S.P. Broadband’s tariff information, subject to changes by S.I.S.P. Broadband from time to time.
2.2 The subscriber shall pay the monthly service fee and other charges as per the subscription plan.
2.3 The subscriber shall pay applicable taxes on the services, if any.
2.4 S.I.S.P. Broadband may charge nominal fees for service modifications, such as changes to subscription plans.
3.1 Billing cycles begin on the day the service is activated and confirmed by the subscriber.
3.2 Billing statements will be sent via email (registered at the time of subscription) and notifications via registered contact numbers. Statements can also be accessed at www.SISP.pk through the subscriber’s account portal. S.I.S.P. Broadband may also send billing statements to the subscriber’s billing address provided in the subscription form.
3.3 If the subscriber disputes a billing statement, they must notify S.I.S.P. Broadband in writing within 5 days of the statement date, specifying the disputed amounts and reasons. Otherwise, the statement will be deemed final. Any disputed amounts resolved in the subscriber’s favor will be adjusted in the next billing statement. If resolved in S.I.S.P. Broadband’s favor, payment must be made within 7 days.
3.4 If the service is suspended or terminated, all pending bills, applicable fees, and penalties become immediately payable without affecting S.I.S.P. Broadband’s right to recover unpaid charges.
3.5 The subscriber must pay all fees and charges by the due date mentioned in the billing statement.
3.6 If the subscriber defaults on payment, S.I.S.P. Broadband reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, and the account will remain suspended for 30 days.
3.7 The billing cycle lasts one calendar month, and payments must be made monthly to keep the account active, even if unused.
3.8 All payments made to S.I.S.P. Broadband are non-refundable.
3.9 Any new federal/provincial taxes/levies or increases will apply to the agreed prices.
3.10 Payments to S.I.S.P. Broadband are accepted via designated bank branches/collection agents, ATMs, and online portals.
3.11 All services are pre-paid except for postpaid voice services.
3.12 No payment adjustments/reversals will be made if services are suspended due to default.
3.13 No adjustments/reversals will be made for unused services unless suspended.
3.14 To avoid errors, payment slips must clearly state the registered mobile number, subscriber name, and total due amount in block letters.
3.15 The subscriber must ensure the “Registered Mobile Number” on the payment slip matches an active S.I.S.P. Broadband account. In case of confusion, verification must be done via the helpline.
3.16 The subscriber must retain a copy of the payment slip.
3.17 For cheque payments, ensure submission at least two (02) working days before the due date.
3.18 In case of temporary suspension, the subscriber must clear all dues and notify S.I.S.P. Broadband at [email protected] with suspension details.
4.1 The subscriber must apply for a connection via S.I.S.P. Broadband’s website or booking helpline.
4.2 After application, the subscriber must pay initial subscription charges. S.I.S.P. Broadband will provide services within 14 working days or confirm if services are unavailable in the area.
4.3 If services cannot be provided, S.I.S.P. Broadband will refund the full amount within 30 working days.
5.1 All S.I.S.P. Broadband connections are subject to FUP to prevent network misuse. Services must not be shared for commercial purposes. S.I.S.P. Broadband may suspend or throttle non-compliant connections.
6.1 The subscriber must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter this agreement. Any changes in personal/billing details must be reported immediately.
6.2 The subscriber is solely responsible for all account usage and associated charges, and must comply with all applicable laws.
6.3 The subscriber is responsible for the security of all devices provided by S.I.S.P. Broadband.
6.4 Ownership of all equipment remains with S.I.S.P. Broadband Private Limited.
6.5 The subscriber bears repair/replacement costs for damaged equipment.
6.6 Loss/theft of equipment must be reported within 24 hours.
6.7 Transferring subscription rights without written consent is prohibited.
6.8 Reselling or redistributing services without permission is prohibited.
6.9 Only subscribers on 55 Mbps or 110 Mbps plans are eligible to purchase Wi-Fi access points (APs).
6.10 Wi-Fi AP configuration support is available via the customer helpline.
6.11 The subscriber must not use services for illegal activities, spamming, or hosting unauthorized servers.
7.1 S.I.S.P. Broadband may disclose subscriber information to authorities if legally required.
8.1 S.I.S.P. Broadband is not liable for data loss or service interruptions.
8.2 The subscriber must comply with all applicable laws, including PTA regulations.
8.3 S.I.S.P. Broadband is not liable for account misuse.
8.4 Equipment warranty covers defects for 6 months, excluding misuse or physical damage.
9.1 S.I.S.P. Broadband may disconnect services if equipment disrupts the network.
9.2 S.I.S.P. Broadband is not liable for data loss; subscribers must back up their data.
10.1 Services commence upon activation and subscriber confirmation.
10.2 This agreement remains effective until terminated.
10.3 The subscriber may terminate services by emailing [email protected] and returning equipment within 7 days.
10.4 S.I.S.P. Broadband may suspend services for violations without liability.
10.5 Accounts suspended for 30 days without notice will be terminated, and equipment must be returned within 7 days.
11.1 Services and IDs/passwords cannot be transferred without written consent.
12.1 S.I.S.P. Broadband may amend these terms with prior notice.
13.1 TV services are provided by TV Nation (Private) Limited / S.I.S.P. Broadband Private Limited in respective cities.
14.1 S.I.S.P. Broadband is not liable for delays due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, strikes).
15.1 These terms may be modified by S.I.S.P. Broadband without prior notice.
16.1 This agreement is governed by Pakistani law.
17.1 Notices must be sent via registered mail, or courier to the registered address.
18.1 Voice services must comply with PTA regulations.
18.2 The subscriber is liable for misuse and associated charges.
18.3 Call charges beyond free bundled minutes apply at standard rates.
18.4 Usage details are available in the “My Account” section.
19.1 Triple-play bundles/packages continue unless the subscriber requests a review within 15 days.
19.2 Bandwidth cannot be downgraded during promotions.
19.3 Downgrades take effect from the 1st of the next month.
19.4 Upgrades are allowed anytime, with applicable billing.
19.5 Upgrading to a triple-play package may incur device charges.
19.6 Additional set-top boxes incur monthly charges.
19.7 Channel feeds are subject to regulatory changes.
19.8 Connections are for single-location use only.
19.9 Connectivity is guaranteed only up to S.I.S.P. Broadband’s equipment (ONT).
19.10 Services do not include VoIP, international VPNs, public IP pools, or similar.
