Our Payment Policy is designed to keep things simple—clear billing, timely payments, and uninterrupted internet service for all customers.
All internet services are provided on an advance payment basis. Monthly charges must be paid before the due date to avoid service interruption.
The billing cycle is monthly. Invoices are generated according to the customer’s activation date.
- For postpaid customers, we generate invoice at the last day of each month.
If payment is not received by the due date, the service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice. Service will be restored after full payment is received.
Late payments may result in reconnection charges or delays in service restoration.
