Refund Policy
At S.I.S.P. Broadband Private Limited, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be processed, ensuring clarity for our valued subscribers.
Installation charges, activation fees, and other one-time payments are non-refundable.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable, except where services are terminated due to S.I.S.P. Broadband’s inability to provide coverage in the subscriber’s area (as per Section 4.3 of the Terms).
If a subscriber terminates services mid-billing cycle, no prorated refunds will be issued for unused days.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days after verification.
If a subscriber cancels before installation, any advance payment (excluding non-refundable charges) will be refunded within 30 working days.
No refunds will be issued for used or damaged equipment.
Packages cannot be downgraded before the billing cycle ends.
Subscribers may upgrade their package anytime; charges will apply proportionally.
