S.I.S.P. Broadband Private Limited stands behind the quality of our hardware and services. This Warranty Terms document details the coverage, limitations, and procedures for addressing defects in company-provided equipment.
S.I.S.P. Broadband provides a 6-month limited warranty on all company-supplied hardware (ONT, routers, etc.).
Defects due to manufacturing or normal use will be repaired or replaced free of cost (up to Rs. 1,000 per claim).
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage (drops, water exposure, etc.).
Tampering, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
Damage from power surges, improper voltage, or non-approved accessories.
Misuse or negligence voids the warranty.
Subscribers must report defects within 48 hours of discovery via the helpline or at an S.I.S.P. Broadband office.
A technician will inspect the device. If approved, a replacement will be provided within 7 working days.
Repairs beyond warranty or the Rs. 1,000 limit will be charged at market rates.
